Samsung PN50B650 is a 50″ with full 1080p resolution at a midrange price. As with most plasmas the PN50B650 produces deep and detail rich black levels with an overall great color reproduction. The colors are well saturated without being overblown and you wont get that washed out LCD look you can sometimes get on cheaper LCD TVs.

It’s good but not great. I think I got suckered into buying one because the wife loved how it looked, and it does look good.
It’s not so much that there is something wrong with the TV, it produces great images even with regular broadcast. I just feel that the TV is over priced for what you get. I looked around after I bought this and realized that I could have gotten just as much image quality for less money and then I could have afforded better sound to go with this.
