I was amazed when I received the Samsung NC20 netbook. It has a beautiful design and amazing battery life. It has a large screen and nice keyboard. The netbook’s speed was fast and pleasant for me. Unexpectedly, after one month I started to have problem with it. The netbook screen kept freezing for no reason. The Samsung technical support was terrible. Instead of getting the problem fix, the technical guy told me to scan for possible viruses. This did not help to solve the freezing problem on my netbook.

I was searching for a good netbook and I was attracted by the Samsung NC20. I was a perfect netbook. It had all the important features such as Internet and Microsoft Word. The chassis was solid and the system maintained a cool temperature. Apart from that, it has a long battery life; I used it for maximum 5 hours of battery life. I was comfortable with the keyboards. Overall, I am impressed with the Samsung NC20 performance.

I just bought this Samsung netbook for my wife. When the netbook was delivered, she immediately fell in love with it. She had no problems using this netbook. The keyboard was not too small and it was easy to use. It has a display screen great. We bought an additional Bluetooth mouse to use it with this netbook because it was quicker than the touchpad.
