So back to the TV, well it doesn’t feature any extra features besides a being a pretty descent TV. Most users seems pretty found of it according to the reviews.

Reviews:

“The VO320E lists for $499.99, and sells in the $425-450 range at most stores (including the aforementioned). Thus, $359 is an outright steal–and Dell deals tend to sell out pretty quickly, so if you’re eyeballing a new HDTV, hop on this one quick.” – CNET

“All in all, the new Vizios have received very positive feedback from the customers I’ve spoken with whether it was their picture quality, durability and longevity, or the darn fine price. Vizio has leaped over Sony and Samsung in sales as well as achieved the best-buy title from Consumer Report for several years running and is expected to do so if they keep this trend up.

A great buy! ” – Amazon

The TC-42X1 is probably the best bang for the buck big screen TV you can get your hands on today. It is for good reason one of the top selling TVs to date, it retails for $656 at Amazon. It features a 720p resolution and a native contrast ratio (none of that dynamic bs) of 30,000:1 and yes a 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast..

As always with a Plasma TV you get a great viewing experience even if you are watching lower quality over the air broadcasts. Plasmas are simply more forgiving the their LCD counterparts.

Reviews:

“TV is awesome, right out of the box. It looks great, works great. Picture is top notch. I put in an HD-DVD version of Transformers and was amazed at the picture quality. This is my first plasma TV and I believe it is much better than LCD. I had a Samsung 4061F before, and this TV has better picture than that one, despite the Samsung being 1080P and this being 720P. There’s no motion blur whatsoever on this TV.” – Amazon

“While it does not have the new Viera Cast feature, or the new Neo 1080p plasma display panel it does have Panasonic’s excellent picture quality and black levels. I predict it will be a great seller with a smoking price. It’s available February of 2009 so we’ll soon see.” – Plasma TV Buying Guide

The LN46A850 46″ full HD LCD TV thats much thinner then regular LCD TVs it is only 1.9 inches thin. It produces well saturated colors and deep black levels that make a lot of cheaper LCD TVs jealous. It has a lot of extra fancy features to help improve the movie watching experience. Some of these features include Samsungs Ultra Clear panel which gives slighly more saturated colors and a brighter and clearer picture. It also features auto motion pluz 120Hz which helps a little bit in making transitions more smooth by reducing motion blur.

“Bottom line: The Samsung LCD’s are amazing to begin with, and the “8″ series, given it’s thin frame, adds some extra style. Keep that in mind when your comparing this model to all the others, including the 9 (950/960) series which has a superior LED lighting engine, but is considerably thicker than the 8 (850/860)” – Amazon user review

“The swivel stand is nice and the TV itself is not that heavy. It comes with a micro fiber cleaning cloth. Only time will tell if this model will give us the longevity that we are accustomed to. We are totally pleased with our purchase.” – Amazon user review

“And the LN46A850 is loaded with useful extras, including support for network streaming of multimedia content. All in all, it’s a tempting—and competitively priced—slim-cabinet television.” – PC Magazine

“If you’re in the market for a HDTV then the Samsung PN50B650 is worth a second look. Externally, the attractive Touch of Color design incorporated into the clear beveled edged glass exudes sophistication and class.
The KDL-32L5000 is an well priced 32″ from Sony with a 1366 x 768 resolution panel (720p). In other words it’s perfect TV for the smaller living room or for the bedroom or any other second room. with a 13.000:1 dynamic contrast it’s lacking behind on the high end TVs but still manages to produce more then OK image quality. It’s often really important that “second room” TVs are good at handling standard definition content, since most people don’t hook up a bedroom TV to HD broadcasts or Blu Ray movies. The Sony KDL-32L5000 does a fairly good job here just be sure to be prepared to tweak the original settings a bit.

“The dark backround visible. The sound is excellent. Go for it! Spend the extra $50 and get this Sony tv KDL 32L5000.” – Amazon user review

“I use this for OTA. When I can get a 1080i signal, it is
outstanding. What impressed me the most though is it has the capability to tell you your signal strength for the best tuning. Overall, the amount of options make the price youpay for this is will worth it.” – SonyStyle user review

I might sound harsh here in the beginning and there isn’t any thing wrong with KDL-52V5100 it’s actually a really good TV if you believe what you hear. It delivers great black levels punchy but accurate colors but in the end it’s no way near as good as the high end models, especially the LED models, and there is to little difference in IQ if you spend $500 less.

“This is a great tv. The picture is amazing when you have the 1080p dvd or hd signal. Menu is the best and easy to navigate. TV looks cool. It is the best tv i have owned. But, there are a few minor gripes..” – Sonystyle user review

“BOTTOM LINE, at $1,823, I am happy with the TV even after the first one was defective. I found the Samsung to be too glossy a picture and didn’t like the touch of red, so the 52v5100 was the perfect TV for me at that price. Buy from Amazon, not those other tricksters.” – Amazon user review

“The commendable picture quality of Sony’s entry-level 120Hz-equipped LCD makes it a very good value.” – CNET

While most people including myself would argue that no one would need a 32″ full HD (1920 x 1080p) resolution TV since there is no way to tell the difference while sitting at a normal distance watching TV. However there are a few benifits and the one that is likely to be most important is that you can have this TV double as an amazing computer monitor and enjoy your photographs on a high resolution big screen. Watching your photographs on a 32″ full HD compared to 720p is a world of difference if you are sitting close to the screen at least.

OK, besides that side not this is a beautiful TV with a sleek black bezel and an better then average image quality.

“The picture quality of the 550 is excellent for the price. This TV has more menu options than you can imagine. This Samsung can be fine tuned. Games look incredible on a PS3 with an HDMI cable. Blu-rays look incredible on this set! No motion blur that I can see!” – Samsung user review

“I have traditionally been a fan of the Sharp, or Sony TV’s, however, I was looking for a TV to fit in a cabinet in my bedroom. I wanted to get the largest one that would fit my space restrictions. The Samsungs, in general, seem to sit lower on their stands than most other brands and really provided the only 32 inch option that would fit my height restrictions. I sure am glad this was the case. ” – Amazon user review

The 42LG70 is a moderately priced 42″ LCD TV without any extra bells and whistles it still manages to impress with great image quality. The are numerous of TVs in the midrange section and the only real differentiator in this category is often image quality and design. The LG 42LG70 has a sleek black exterior and delivers a more then average image quality. Something thats important to some people is side connectors for audio and video and thats something you wont find on this LG. Descent black levels and a fast response time and good dynamic contrast will however satisfy in most situations.

“Great product and came ready to use. The delivery people even set it up for me. It has all the connections you need for all the peripheral equipment” – LG user review

“This television can display images that are sharper and more realistic than analog television when mated to a high definition signal. The 3:2 pulldown feature of this set reduces artifacts that can occur when motion pictures are transferred to a digital format such as DVD.” – CNET short review

“The LG42LG70 has a great picture…very natural colors. The set reproduces vibrant colors, but not in the garish, you need sunglasses to view it, way that the Sony did. In addition, the LG 42LG70 has some terrific settings such as “Fresh Color” which accentuates the green of playing fields when watching sports such as baseball (it does so without oversaturating other colors at the same time).” – Amazon user review
